High Definition Lipo
Liposuction has evolved greatly with techniques such as Laser and Vaser in search of a better result. There is confusion because both words are similar and many people try to take advantage of the fact that the word Laser has the association with cutting-edge technology.
Lipolysis is the destruction of fat cells through a sound wave (Vaser) or a light wave (Laser). Better results can be obtained with lipolysis because the fat goes from a solid state to a liquid one.
For laser liposuction a small beam of light is used that breaks the fat that is only in front of the light. The Vaser uses ultrasound, based on what a singer does in front of a glass, when it reaches the exact frequency, the glass breaks; the Vaser is synchronized to have the ultrasonic frequency that destroys the fat. The fat obtained with Vaser or Laser is liquid fat with very little blood.
The Vaser or liposuction with Vaser is the evolution of the Lisonix ultrasound that was a success between 1996 and 2001. The Vaser emits a wave that is synchronized to destroy fat performing Lipolysis, without damaging blood vessels, skin or muscle.
The Lumiia™ Diode Laser is the latest generation of Laser that surpassing all previous lasers, is used by Dr. Pavajeau for high definition Lipo-laser, known in other places as "soft breeze". This Lipo Laser can be done with local or general anesthesia.
This technique that we have been doing for many years in Bogota and that has recently become popular under the name of "soft breeze" we know as High Definition lipo laser.
The disability period of this procedure is small and the patient returns to work immediately.
